
常方乐,宾夕法尼亚州立大学博士,浙江大学硕士导师,宁波市“甬江引才工程”青年创新人才。研究方向包括复杂系统建模与控制优化、农业智能装备控制与优化决策、生态可持续化信息技术、深度强化学习与模仿学习任务决策、农业中的数字孪生技术。主持国家重点研发计划专项课题、基金委面上项目等国家级和省部级项目7项。研发棉田高效灌溉智能控制与决策优化系统、干区防沙体系智能管控系统,应用于塔卡拉玛干沙漠公路防沙体系等国家重大工程,发表高水平论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利1项。
