王晶博士/副研究员,硕士生导师,长期致力于食品功能成分,包括植物化合物、功能蛋白(肽)、脂质等提取、鉴定、功能评价和分子机制研究。入选浙江省省级人才和宁波市领军人才;现担任中国食品科学技术学会果蔬加工技术分会副秘书长,浙江生命健康学会联合体青年委员,浙江省食品学会青年委员,浙江省营养学会分委会委员;主持国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目,国家重点研发计划任务、中国博士后科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金、宁波市自然科学基金、宁波市公益计划项目等科研项目10余项;曾先后在食品领域高水平期刊发表学术论文50余篇,其中ESI高被引(1%)论文3篇;参编英文专著1部;申请/授权国家发明专利10项;制定团体标准1项(1/5);作为主要完成人获得浙江省科学技术进步三等奖(3/7),中国食品工业协会科学技术奖一等奖(3/14),中国轻工业联合会科技进步奖二等奖(3/8);多次组织、参加国内外学术会议,并做中英文邀请报告和分会场主持。
